Twitchell Hill Farm 

We offer private and group lessons. We recommend that our students take at least one lesson per week to ensure consistent progress. 

 

Thanks to our indoor area, lessons continue year round, regardless of the weather. 

Each student's lesson program is designed specifically for him/her. Students who do not have a horse or pony of their own are matched with one of our lesson horses or ponies, all of which are safe, experienced, well trained and schooled regularly by our trainers. 

Once students are comfortable grooming and tacking up, students are expected to have themselves and their horses ready by their appropriate lesson time, allowing them to ride for the full allotted time.

 

As students progress, they may wish to move to small group lessons with two or three riders of similar abilities.

We specialize in lessons for adult learners as well! If riding has always been your "thing" but you have gotten away from it... or if you have just always wanted to learn to ride... contact one of our instructors today. We have safe well trained horses and we will take you from where you are to where you would like to be. Don't let the kids have all the fun!
